After completing his doctorate in mathematics and computer science (artificial intelligence) at the University of Bielefeld, Michael Sandmeier began his professional career as an SAP consultant and project manager for the system house Schmidt, Vogel & Partner (later itelligence, now NTT Data Business Solutions), for which he was most recently responsible for consulting customers in the process industry. In 2003, he moved to IDS Scheer AG, where he built up the SAP system house business in the German-speaking region. In this role, he was responsible for the SAP license and maintenance business and for SAP consulting.
Dr. Sandmeier founded Sandmeier Consulting GmbH in 2009 based on the vision of product- and vendor-neutral consulting with a focus on the requirements and needs of customers.

Lisa Tomeit
Managing Director
After completing her Master's degree in International Business Studies at the University of Paderborn, Lisa Tomeit initially worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Marketing. She joined Sandmeier Consulting GmbH in 2014 and has since advised medium-sized companies from various industries on system and vendor selection and supported IT implementation projects. In addition, she was responsible in particular for internal strategic projects and managed the development and support of the partner network.
In 2023, she was appointed to the management board and will take over the operational management of Sandmeier Consulting together with Michael Sandmeier.

Hendrik Ramke

Hendrik Ramke has been part of the leadership team since September 2021 and has played a key role in shaping the company’s development during this time. He focuses particularly on our "license one" solution, which we have successfully established in the market as a "single point of truth" for SAP license management. At the same time, he has expanded our portfolio to include SAP authorization management, thereby further strengthening our position as a comprehensive partner for SAP licensing and authorization matters.
He was appointed to the executive management team in 2026 and, together with Michael Sandmeier and Lisa Tomeit, is assuming operational leadership of Sandmeier Consulting.
